- WhatsApp is finally releasing to group admins the ability to delete messages sent from other participants to some iOS beta testers. In addition, WhatsApp is also launching a small test by releasing the same feature to some people on the latest official update on the App Store.
- After installing the WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.18.0.71 update, some beta testers are now able to see a reaction preview when the latest event in a conversation is a reaction.
- A new update is available on the App Store and its changelog mentions the ability to securely move the chat history from Android to iOS so the news is more official than before.
- Some beta testers on Android are now able to change the app language thanks to a new option available within WhatsApp Settings, after updating to the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.19.10 update.

- WhatsApp is working on showing profile pictures within group chats in a future update of WhatsApp beta for iOS.
- After installing the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.19.6 update, some users noticed that WhatsApp has introduced an archive header to inform people about the current configuration of their chat archive.
- The new archive header also shows up after installing the WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.18.0.73 update.
- WhatsApp is releasing a bug fix update that addresses an issue when sending GIFs on Android. Be sure to install the latest WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.19.11 update to get the fix.
