WhatsApp is rolling out a new update through the Google Play Beta Program, bringing the version up to 2.22.19.11.

After releasing the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.19.10 update, that brings the ability to change the app language right within WhatsApp Settings, WhatsApp is now rolling out another update to beta testers.
A few weeks ago, WhatsApp released a new build to beta users that introduced an issue when searching for GIFs: it was almost impossible to search for a GIF due to the wrong layout:
As you can see in this screenshot, the layout for the GIF keyboard is completely wrong because it shows up with a wrong and unexpected height. This could be temporarily fixed by opening the chat share sheet but it was not a final solution. Fortunately, WhatsApp has pushed a bug fix update that addresses the issue so the layout for the GIF keyboard is always correct now.
If you were experiencing this bug, please be sure to update your version of WhatsApp beta to the latest one available on the Play Store so you can easily search for GIFs again. Note that the same bug fix may also be rolled out to users on the previous beta update.
