In the article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 184.108.40.206 update, we shared the details about a new feature available to beta testers: the ability to change the app language right within WhatsApp Settings.
Due to some unknown reasons, the feature has immediately been removed in the next update, but it is back after installing the latest WhatsApp beta for Android 220.127.116.11 from the Play Store:
As you can see in this screenshot, it is finally possible to change the app language since there is a new option within WhatsApp Settings. In addition, you can also change the app language every time you reinstall WhatsApp since there is a redesigned welcome screen.
WhatsApp is releasing the ability to change the app language from WhatsApp Settings and the welcome screen is available to some beta testers and, as always, more activations are planned over the coming weeks.
