WhatsApp was testing a new alternative dark green bubble color for the dark theme on WhatsApp for iOS. WhatsApp has enabled for all their iOS users the new color in the 2.20.80.22 beta update, and today there are changes on WhatsApp Web too.
WhatsApp is introducing the alternative dark green color on the web platform too, when the user is using the dark theme:
This new color is available for all users having the 2.2049.7 update (including WhatsApp Desktop), but the 2.2049.8 version will help to get the color for everyone. Check out which version you’re on visiting WhatsApp Web Settings > Help.
