WhatsApp has recently submitted a few new updates through the TestFlight beta Program (currently closed), bringing the version up to 22.214.171.124.

- The update also implements some general bug fixes, that will be also included in the public version, the 2.20.80 update.

In the previous 2.20.70 beta versions, some users were able to use contacts shortcuts. In this beta, more users should be able to see shortcuts in the share sheet, after sending a message in a chat. It should work on iOS 13.6 beta:
A contact shortcut has finally an icon, synced with WhatsApp! So, if a contact changes his profile picture, in the share sheet you will always see the most updated one.
WhatsApp has improved the support for Voice Over, in particular when you archive and unarchive a chat.
We have announced 1 month ago that WhatsApp was working on a new bubble color for the dark mode.
In this beta, WhatsApp has decided to replace the old green bubble color with the alternative one:
