In the article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 22.214.171.124 update, we found hidden references about a new redesigned layout when sending media. It was a minor redesign, but we anticipated that there may be more in a future update, and we have new details today.
Thanks to the 126.96.36.199 beta update, we have discovered that it will be really possible to edit the recipients before sending your media:
This is a partial screenshot but this section contains the list of your contacts and groups and it appears when you tap the recipient’s name in the drawing editor section: so when you are editing your media in the drawing editor, you will be able to select more people to send the media to, even if you’re already in a different chat.
This feature is not available to beta testers because it’s under development, but it will be rolled out at a later date.
