Some days ago I’ve announced that WhatsApp was removing the online status and last seen when you’re chatting with a business account from WhatsApp beta for Android 2.21.13.17:
Thanks to the 2.21.13.17 beta update, Business accounts could be online on WhatsApp in stealth mode, without revealing when they were online and what’s their last seen.
Today WhatsApp has released the new 2.21.14.3 beta update, restoring the online status and last seen for business accounts. It must be said that it’s a common practice to enable and disable features during beta testing, and probably WhatsApp has decided that it wasn’t a good idea and that customers should be able to see that information.
