WhatsApp was working for a long time to improve the group features in their applications for iOS, Android and Windows Phone. Recently they have enabled the Restrict Group Permissions feature, that allows to restrict permissions to admins only to change the group subject, description and info, and the dismiss as admin feature, for demoting an administrator. In these months, WhatsApp has developed another very important feature to implement in groups, that will radically change the user experience.
