Some weeks ago I’ve announced a new redesign when you open contact info:

Today WhatsApp is starting to roll out the redesign when you open contact info for business accounts! If you have installed the new WhatsApp beta for iOS 2.21.170.12 update you should already be able to see the redesign.
Note that WhatsApp is also working to release the same redesign for standard WhatsApp accounts and groups, but in a future beta update on iOS and Android.
