LIMIT POLL TO ONLY ONE CHOICE
In the article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.23.6.16 update, we announced a feature under development: the ability to limit polls to only one choice. Thanks to this new feature, people are limited to selecting a single choice when voting in a poll, which can definitely enhance its accuracy in certain cases. The feature was also in development on WhatsApp beta for iOS and, after installing the latest WhatsApp beta for iOS 23.6.0.72 update from the TestFlight app, some beta testers may be able to use this feature:

As you can see in this screenshot, WhatsApp is now releasing a new option that lets poll creators limit users to only one choice, available after installing the latest beta build. Thanks to this option, it is possible to force users to select only one option, so they have to choose the one that they feel most strongly about. As we said in our original story, we think this feature is helpful as it will definitely make the poll results more accurate as users are limited to one choice. In addition, this is even useful in those cases when only one answer is needed: when users must choose just one option, they are more likely to engage with the poll and think more deeply about their choice.
The ability to limit polls to only one choice is available to some beta testers after installing the latest version of WhatsApp beta for iOS from the TestFlight app, and it is rolling out to even more people over the coming days.
