In fact, WhatsApp has moved privacy settings from the “Account” section to the root on the Android beta app. We already mentioned in the Android changelog that the feature was rolling out to certain beta testers on WhatsApp beta for iOS and we can now confirm that it is now available to more iOS beta users after installing one of the mentioned compatible updates from TestFlight: 22.21.0.71 and 22.21.0.72 beta builds!
