WhatsApp has recently submitted a new update through the Google Play Beta Program, bringing the version up to 2.19.222.

It was already announced on the web previously. We know that Instagram will be rebranded with “Instagram from Facebook” thanks to @wongmjane and today we see a visible change for WhatsApp too.
In WhatsApp Settings we can see now “WhatsApp from Facebook”:
The last year, I have spotted a news about new Terms of Service, that included info about who can use WhatsApp:

Age. If you live in a country in the European Region, you must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.... If you live in any other country except those in the European Region, you must be at least 13 years old to use ...
Today, with the 2.19.222 update, WhatsApp is starting to develop a feature to ban users that don’t meet the minimum age requirement.
We don’t know how they are able to detect who doesn’t meet that requirement.
