When we talk about stickers, you’re used to seeing posts about new sticker packs, but we can announce something different today.
WhatsApp is developing a new feature, for a future update, that allows converting your images to stickers!
When this feature will be available, there will be a new sticker icon next to the caption bar. When you select it, the image will be sent as sticker:
After sending the image, you can verify it’s sent as a sticker!
This feature is very useful and it allows to quickly create a sticker from an image, without using any third-party app! At the moment WhatsApp is not working on the same feature on WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS.
This option is under development and it will be available in a future update.
