WhatsApp has just submitted a new update through the Google Play Beta Program, bringing the version up to 2.21.9.1.

WhatsApp is working to redesign the chat shortcuts you see in “Business Info”, the profile of Business accounts.
In order to help you understanding the changes, we show the current and the new interface.
This is the current interface for the shortcuts to message, voice call and video call the business account:
When WhatsApp is ready to release the new redesign, they will roll out this interface:
As you can see, these buttons got a redesign, and they will also add a Catalog shortcut and a Forward action, to quickly forward the business profile to other WhatsApp accounts. WhatsApp is working on this redesign for the section Business Info. We have no information if WhatsApp will redesign those shortcuts for common contacts too.
This redesign is not available yet because it’s under development and it will be available in a future update. Stay tuned to discover when it’s available!
