NEW CONTACT INFO DESIGN
In the article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.21.19.2 update, we talked about a redesigned page for group info. The redesign is still under development but WhatsApp is already planning to redesign a similar section: contact info!
This new interface is very similar to the one implemented for Business Info, released in the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.21.13.10. WhatsApp decided to release this interface only for business info, but they are now planning to extend this redesign for contact info too.
Unfortunately, there isn't a known release date, but you will find an announcement here when it's available for beta testers!
