WhatsApp is now releasing a new user interface when you explore Business Info!
What’s the change? We can find a circular profile picture and some shortcuts:
You can see there are three shortcuts, but there might be something else too:
- Message: you can quickly message the business.
- Call: you can quickly call the business.
- Forward: you can forward business info to your contacts.
- Catalog: if the business account has a catalog, you can visit it tapping the shortcut.
- Shop: if the business account supports Facebook Shops, you can explore the shop using the shortcut.
