WhatsApp has recently submitted a new update through the TestFlight Beta Program, bringing the Business version up to 184.108.40.206.
I usually recommend to back up your chat history before updating to the new beta: if there is something wrong with the update, your messages are safe on iCloud and you can downgrade to the precedent version from TestFlight or App Store.

WhatsApp has added rich icons for the Business Settings:
In the WhatsApp Messenger beta for iOS 220.127.116.11 WhatsApp has rolled out the Support for QR Codes, a useful feature that allows to quickly share your own contact details with other people.
We have already shown that, in order to verify if the feature is already available for you, you need to check out WhatsApp Settings:
If you see a QR Code button here, it means the feature is available for you now!
We have explained every detail about the new support for QR codes in the WhatsApp Messenger beta for iOS 18.104.22.168 article. In this one we would like to show the differences between WhatsApp Messenger and WhatsApp Business:
As you can see in this comparison, in the Business version the Export button was moved from the navigation bar to the center of the section, named Share Code: WhatsApp wants to give more attention to that button for businesses, because this feature can be very useful for them to share their contact details with their customers.
If you want to scan a QR Code, you can tap Scan, moved to the navigation bar on WhatsApp Business.
The feature was released in this update, so once you update to the 22.214.171.124 beta, you should immediately have the feature.
This update also implements hidden tracks about the Protect Backups feature (that’s currently under development, so it’s not available yet), suggesting that Business users will be able to decide if they want to encrypt the backup on iCloud.
When the feature will be rolled out for everyone, we’re going to post an announcement: stay tuned!
