WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.14.0.71: what's new?
WhatsApp has just submitted a new update through the TestFlight beta Program, bringing the version up to 22.14.0.71. The version marked within WhatsApp Settings is 2.22.14.71.
What's new in this update? WhatsApp is working on the ability to silently exit groups, a feature available in a future update!

SILENTLY LEAVE GROUPS
In the article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.12.8 update, we spotted the ability to exit groups without notifying group members. We have also discovered that the same feature is under development on WhatsApp Desktop beta and we can finally share the details about the development on WhatsApp beta for iOS!
As you can see in this screenshot, when the feature will be available in a future update of the app, you can see a different message when you try to leave a group: only group admins will be notified when you leave a group! But... an update of WhatsApp beta for Android brings details about another feature under development: the ability to view past participants is under development, so it will be still possible to see who left a group somehow.
Unfortunately, this feature is under development so it is not ready to be released to beta testers and we don't know the release date. When we have more details, we will share them with you in a new changelog.
