We explained that WhatsApp was planning to introduce the “My contacts except…” option for “Last Seen” in the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.21.20.10 beta update.
After a few days we have discovered, thanks to the 2.21.21.2 beta update that WhatsApp was also planning to introduce the same option for “Profile Picture”.
Today there is news: WhatsApp is working on the “My contacts except…” option for “About” too!
It’s still not possible to exclude specific contacts to see your Last Seen, Profile Picture and About, but this option is planned to be released in a future update. We’re on it and when there is news you will find an announcement here and on Twitter, so stay tuned!
