WHATSAPP IN-APP SUPPORT
In the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.20.202.7 update we have discovered hidden tracks about the future WhatsApp In-App Support, a new feature that will allow to communicate with the official WhatsApp Support using a WhatsApp chat.
Today, with the 2.20.202.9 update (where the feature is still not available publicly), we have discovered tracks about the WhatsApp Support Chat:
The WhatsApp Support Chat is a verified chat, so the user can verify its authenticity, and it's obviously end-to-end encrypted. In this case the description is different, because WhatsApp can read its content, seen that the recipient is WhatsApp, but its content will stay between the user and WhatsApp.
In this chat the user will receive the reply of the ticket opened from WhatsApp Settings. He can communicate with WhatsApp, providing more details in the chat, and when the conversation is over, the chat will be automatically closed.
The feature is under development and it will be available in a future update.
BUSINESS INFORMATION
WhatsApp is developing a new screen, providing more information about WhatsApp Business, its second application.
It is recalled in this screen that, using WhatsApp Business, you can easily manage your business using useful business tools, to connect with more customers creating ads on Facebook or somewhere else, and your chat history (including media) will automatically be moved from WhatsApp Messenger to WhatsApp Business.
