WhatsApp Messenger beta for iOS 2.21.120.9: what's new?
WhatsApp has just submitted a new update through the TestFlight beta Program (currently closed), bringing the version up to 2.21.120.9.

SEARCH FOR STICKERS SHORTCUT
After enabling a shortcut to easily search for stickers in WhatsApp beta for Android 2.21.12.1, WhatsApp is finally rolling out the same feature for all iOS beta testers today!
What's the shortcut to search for stickers? WhatsApp already supports a feature to search for stickers, enabled in the WhatsApp Messenger beta for iOS 2.20.130.19 update the last year, but WhatsApp is making it easier to search for stickers now.
When you type a specific word or emoji that reflects one of the stickers in your sticker library, WhatsApp will animate the sticker button, in order to alert you that a sticker has been found.

Default WhatsApp sticker packs already support this feature, so if you have installed one of them, try to type emojis or specific words in the chat bar, to see if the feature is available for your WhatsApp account.
It might not work for third-party sticker packs, because the designers don't often associate emojis with the stickers.
If you have created some sticker packs, you can already start supporting the new feature using the app Sticker Maker Studio: you can add up to 3 emojis to your stickers, so WhatsApp can finally recognize them!
If the feature isn't available for your WhatsApp account, there is no need to worry: the next beta updates will help you to receive the feature!
