WhatsApp is working on a new chat shortcut to create orders
After announcing the ability to set up cover photos to enhance business profiles in a future update of WhatsApp Desktop beta, WhatsApp is now working on another feature for businesses: a new chat shortcut to quickly create orders!

ORDER SHORTCUT
In the article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.9.11 update, we talked about a new chat shortcut available right within the chat action sheet in a future update: a new order shortcut. WhatsApp is still planning to introduce the new shortcut to quickly create orders, and we have another confirmation today: WhatsApp is working on the same shortcut on WhatsApp Desktop beta!
As you can see in this screenshot, the new order shortcut also shows up on a future update of WhatsApp Desktop beta, so their plans didn't change. Thanks to this feature, WhatsApp is making it easier for businesses to create a new order right within their conversations. Since this is a business tool, it will only be released to business accounts. While the creation of a new order, businesses can choose which products to include in the order, their quantity, the price, and more. After the creation of the business order, it will be possible to share it with the customer.
This feature is under development and when more details are available, there will be another post on this website.
