WhatsApp is restoring the green color in notifications on Android
We have announced a new dark blue color in notifications some days ago, introduced in the 2.21.12.12 beta update, but WhatsApp is restoring the old color today. Read the details below!

DARK BLUE COLOR REMOVED
WhatsApp was bringing small changes to the UI and colors in the previous updates. They started removing the line separators in the list of your chats, and they changed the tint color in push notifications, choosing a dark blue color:
Yesterday WhatsApp has reverted the changes, restoring the old green color. What is the reason? Some users complained that the new color wasn't correctly visible in the notification, due to its contrast: probably WhatsApp has listened to the feedback, restoring the green color.
