This flexibility allows users to create a more tailored and expressive experience that suits their preferences, moods, or the nature of their interactions.

When a new color is selected, it automatically updates the chat bubble colors to match the user's preference. The incoming and outgoing message bubbles adopt the new theme color, ensuring a consistent visual style throughout the conversation. In addition, WhatsApp also adjusts the doodle color on the default wallpaper to match the selected theme. These new colors are fully supported across wallpapers and the entire chat interface, ensuring a smooth and polished customization experience.

This cosmetic update enhances the personalization capabilities of the app, allowing users to better reflect their mood, personality, or even distinguish between different types of chats through color. It also contributes to making chats feel more dynamic and alive, especially for users who enjoy customizing their conversations.
