It is worth noting that the button to reply to a specific voice message doesn't appear before listening to the voice message to avoid cluttering the interface, ensuring users can continue experimenting with a clean experience.

Normally, users would need to swipe right on the voice message and then tap the voice recording button to reply on iOS. This new shortcut eliminates these extra steps, consolidating them into a single action. The new reply button on iOS provides a more intuitive way to respond, reducing the effort required and making it easier for users who frequently reply to voice messages. While we recognize that this feature may seem like a minor enhancement for the user experience, it could be particularly efficient for users who rely heavily on voice messages.
