WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.21.0.70: what's new?
WhatsApp has just submitted a new update through the TestFlight beta Program, bringing the version up to 22.21.0.70. The version marked within WhatsApp Settings is 2.22.21.70 and the TestFlight build is 22.21.0 (404297993).
What's new in this update? WhatsApp is releasing the ability to create polls for some really lucky beta testers!

POLLS
Yesteday, we published an article about the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.21.16 update and we announced what's new: the ability to create polls! In fact, the feature has been released to some really lucky beta testers that can finally create and share a poll with friends and family in their groups. Today, there is finally news for iOS users: WhatsApp is releasing the same feature to some lucky beta testers that install the latest beta from TestFlight!
If the feature is available for your WhatsApp account, you should be able to see an entry point within the chat actions. You can assign a title and up to 12 options to a poll and it can be viewed by all group participants that are using the latest version of the app available on the Play Store and App Store. After submitting a poll to a group, group participants can also vote by choosing different options, if they want. In the end, it is also possible to view who voted by tapping "view votes". In our opinion, this may be the first version of the feature and it may get some improvements in the future.
If the feature is not released for your WhatsApp account, it means there will be a future update that makes it available for your account. At the moment, the ability to create a poll has been released to some lucky beta testers and there will be more activations over the coming weeks.
