WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.12.0.73: what's new?
WhatsApp has just submitted a new update through the TestFlight beta Program, bringing the version up to 22.12.0.73. The version marked within WhatsApp Settings is 2.22.12.73.

POLL RESULTS
We are following the development of group polls, a new feature available in a future update of WhatsApp beta for Android, iOS, and Desktop. We have already shown a screenshot of how to create polls in a group and how they look in the chat, but we can show more today. After releasing the latest WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.12.0.73 update from TestFlight, we have discovered that WhatsApp is also working on viewing the results of a poll in a future update:
As you can see in this screenshot, all group participants will be able to view the results of a poll. The most voted option is pinned at the top and it is called "Top Option" and you can see a percentage for every option. At the moment, it is not possible to view who selected a specific option, but it may be temporary: since this feature is under development, some features are still missing so WhatsApp may develop them before the official release. As usual, when the feature will be rolled out to beta testers, there will be another post on this website.
