In addition, the placement of the search option in the channel info screen helps maintain consistency with the chat info section, which also contains a search shortcut. Both of these options significantly enhance the usability of WhatsApp channels, especially for those that regularly share or view a large number of updates. Without the ability to search, users would often need to scroll through numerous updates to find something specific, which could be a time-consuming process. The search feature enhances this experience by providing a fast and efficient way to locate the desired content, as users can simply enter relevant keywords or phrases to find specific updates within channels.
