As you can see in this screenshot, WhatsApp is in the process of developing a new feature aimed at attaching notes to contacts, scheduled for release in a future update of the app. Through this feature, it appears that it will be possible to add notes about customers right within the chat info screen, providing users with a convenient way to keep track of relevant information regarding them. It is very important to mention that these notes are always private, so other contacts won't be able to see or access them.
