Users can also manage their lists through a dedicated entry point located at the bottom of the chats list. From there, they can add or remove people and group chats from their lists or even rename the lists as needed, giving them greater control over how their chats are organized. It is worth noting that WhatsApp has introduced a limit on the number of lists users can create, capping it at 20 to strike a balance between flexibility and practicality. This limitation is likely intended to prevent the interface from becoming cluttered with too many filters, which could make the app less user-friendly and the chat filters row harder to navigate.

Users can manage all their lists directly within the app settings, where they can add, edit, and move their lists to change how they appear at the top of the chats tab. This organization allows users to prioritize their most important conversations by arranging the lists in a way that best suits their needs. We believe that this feature can particularly be useful for businesses, as it allows them to categorize customers and ongoing transactions into separate lists.
