FORWARD MEDIA WITH CAPTION
WhatsApp is finally working on new features to improve the quality of life for their app. After announcing that the company is working on bringing the ability to edit messages, WhatsApp is now developing another useful messaging feature. In particular, thanks to the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.23.4 update, we have discovered that it will be possible to forward images, videos, GIFs, and documents, with their caption in a future update of the app!
As you can see in this screenshot, a new interface shows up when the user tries to forward an image with a caption in the future. Thanks to this interface, users will be able to decide whether forward the image with a caption. In case they don't want to include the caption during the forwarding process, it is possible to remove the caption from the forwarded message by tapping the dismiss button within the message box at the bottom. As we said above, this feature is not limited to images but it will be also possible to forward videos, GIFs, and documents with a caption.
The ability to forward media with the caption is a feature under development and it will be released to beta testers in a future update. As always, please give a look at our next articles on this website and Twitter to discover when the feature is finally available.
