UNREAD CHAT FILTER
After releasing the ability to filter unread chats on WhatsApp Desktop beta, the company is now releasing a same feature on WhatsApp beta for Android. Actually, the feature looks a bit different on WhatsApp beta for Android, but let's see the details:
As you can see in these screenshots, the unread chat filter is only available when you want to search for chats and messages and it lets users view a list of all chats that contain unread messages. Instead, the unread chat filter is placed next to the search bar on WhatsApp Desktop beta: you can understand that the filter implemented on WhatsApp beta for Android is not exactly the same one you see on WhatsApp Desktop beta (since it has a search bar that's always visible in the chats list) but that's the same feature available on WhatsApp Business for Android.
This feature is available to beta users that install the most recent beta update of the app, and it will be rolled out to more people soon.
