DETAILED REACTION INFO
We posted news about detailed reaction info, a new feature under development on WhatsApp beta for iOS 4 days ago. In the meantime, the feature has been already released after installing the latest iOS beta app downloaded from TestFlight some hours ago, and we have finally some details about WhatsApp beta for Android, where the feature is also available to certain beta testers!
When using the old version, it was not possible to understand which photo or video has been reacted to without opening the automatic album. Thanks to the new beta version, detailed reaction info is finally available and beta users can already see a media thumbnail right within the reaction info screen that indicates which media in the album has a reaction. So it is exactly the same feature released on WhatsApp beta for iOS some hours ago.
WhatsApp is rolling out the feature to some beta testers today, and more activations are planned in the next few updates. About WhatsApp beta for iOS, we expect a new update that enables the feature very soon.
